Directions for use
According to your individual protein requirements, mix between one and three level scoops of Gaspari IntraPro with 200ml of water (or juice) using either a shaker or a blender. For best results, you should drink Intrapro between two to four times a day. IntraPro can also be used during the day to replace a meal, or to further supplement its protein content.
