Recommended Use:
For best results mix one scoop with 500ml of water (for a stronger shake use less liquid to taste) in a shaker cup or blender. Consume post workout or any time you require additional protein. (Drink within 20 minutes of mixing).
Note: Due to the very low levels of fat, this product may froth when mixed; this will settle quickly and is normal for the product.
