Mass Attack Evo is a high protein and carbohydtrate food supplement with natural colourings, natural flavourings and artificial and natural sweetners.

Recommended Use (Based on a 75kg Male):
For best results mix 3 heaped scoops of powder with 450ml of water in a blender or shaker cup and consume 2 – 4 times a day as required. If to be consumed with milk you may need to add slightly more liquid to achieve desired taste and texture.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
